Fix Tat MOJO!!!

This notice caught my attention when I entered my lift this morning. Seems like there is a 'war' going on between a 'spitter' and someone who actually went on to condemn this disgusting act of spitting in a public service life....txk~txk...What has Singaporean become? Even though we're 90% literate, there's still a group out there who's educated and still behaves rather crude. I've seen the digusting spit in the life many times, especially near the entrance. Very disgusting. Greenish-yellow...YUCK! Maybe the 'Spitter' suffering from some incurable, inflammed throat or maybe this person needs some 'deep-throating' to clear the phlem...heheh..
